Beside each other, the rooms were very good and of great size, advertised as being able to fit 3 people. However, they had really old furniture which was a downside. The service, despite construction/renovation, was extremely helpful; the cleanliness and beauty of the hotel were maintained. The location was fantastic, right on Nanjing Road, walking distance from the Bund and next to the People's Square Metro Station. The dining experience, especially for the quality, was poor, even with the discounted breakfast rate offer.

The rooms were very good and spacious, suitable for three people, but the furniture was quite old.

The service was extremely helpful despite construction. Staff even recorded each guest's visit and escorted them to a seat. There was a minor confusion about the bed type booked.
